TrainRight Academy is dedicated to providing practical, skill-focused training for players of all ages and skill levels. Our data-driven training methods address key areas for improvement, such as swing mechanics, mobility, and bat speed.

When Rick Strickland broke his hand in his Junior year of college at Austin Peay, he was Top 10 in the nation in Batting Avg. and Stolen Bases. It was a blow missing the season, but like he tells his players when one door closes, another opens....

With 15+ years at TrainRight, Justin brings a patient, tailored approach to player development. A former varsity player from Marquette High and collegiate athlete at the University of Mobile, he understands the demands of high-level competition and preparation.

Ethan Schmitt brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to TrainRight. A standout athlete at Valley Park High School, he played varsity baseball all four years, earning 1st Team All-State honors and multiple 1st Team All-Conference awards.

He played baseball at Marquette high school, playing Varsity since his freshman year. Throughout his college career he has played at the JUCO, NCAA, and NAIA levels. Collegiately he played 3rd base, 1st base, and pitched. Along with coaching and training, he has been doing strength and conditioning at the collegiate, high school and youth levels for two years. Hunter’s favorite baseball player is Jim Thome.
